Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Somatic EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide you in connecting with your inner self and developing tools to manage life’s stresses. Together, we uncover the patterns rooted in your earliest experiences that influence your current thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

Professionally I bring over a a decade of training and experience, holding a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Counselling and specialised training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing-Oriented Therapy and Somatic EMDR.
I am passionate about learning and continually expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. I am committed to helping clients who experience anxiety to heal, and have a special interest in early and developmental trauma.
