Hi, I’m Cathy & I’d Love to Share a Little Bit About My Approach
My view is that you are a holistic, unique and complex person and that therefore, all of you must be welcomed into our therapeutic space. I combine psychotherapy, or talk-therapy, with somatic or body-oriented therapies, to access all your experience, including your emotions, thoughts, body sensations, beliefs, memories and relationships. My goal is to hold a safe space for you to get to know these aspects of yourself and together, to learn a better way forward.
Together, and at your pace, we learn, we notice, we change, we release and we heal.

Meet Cathy Lee
Professionally I bring over a decade of training and experience, holding a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Counselling and specialised training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing-Oriented Therapy and Somatic EMDR.
I am passionate about learning and continually expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. I am committed to helping clients to heal and have a special interest in healing early and developmental trauma.
